Start Strong with Winter 10U Water Polo
Our 10U Co-ed program is designed for young athletes ages 8–10 who are new to water polo or just getting started with competitive sports. We create a safe, energetic, and inclusive environment where kids build strong swimming skills, teamwork, and confidence—while having fun in the water.

🎯 Program Highlights
Beginner-friendly, no experience required
Focus on water safety, basic ball handling, and movement
Emphasis on fun, fitness, and fundamentals
Positive coaching and age-appropriate instruction
Opportunities to play in local scrimmages and tournaments
💥 Year-Round Programs | All Skill Levels Welcome | Local and Travel Tournaments
Age for most events, is determined by the athlete's age on August 1st of the year the tournament takes place.
Tournaments are optional and are an additional cost.

This program is ideal for:
Swimmers with basic water comfort and swim ability
Families looking for structured, character-building activities
Young athletes interested in team sports and staying active year-round
We welcome athletes from all schools in Chula Vista, San Ysidro, Otay Mesa, Bonita, and beyond.
🗓️ Season Details
When: Practices held 2–3 times per week
Where: Local pools across South Bay (schedule provided after registration)
What to Bring: Swimsuit, goggles, water polo cap (we'll guide you on gear!)
