The 14U Girls team at Chula Vista Premier is built for athletes ages 12β14 who are ready to sharpen their skills, increase their confidence, and experience true team culture. This is a pivotal stage where players learn how to compete, support each other, and rise to new challenges.
Our coaches work closely with athletes to strengthen fundamentals, improve water IQ, and introduce advanced concepts in a structured and empowering environment.

Ball handling, shooting accuracy, and defensive pressure
Team communication, spacing, and transition strategy
Mental resilience and game-day preparation
Leadership and self-discipline in and out of the pool
Opportunities for tournament play and travel events

Age for most events, is determined by the athlete's age on August 1st of the year the tournament takes place.

This program is ideal for:
Girls ages 12β14 with swimming or basic water polo experience
Athletes looking to move toward high school-level play
Middle schoolers ready to grow in a competitive, supportive team
Families seeking a program that builds both skill and character
Athletes must be able to swim 50 meters unassisted.
We welcome athletes from all schools in Chula Vista, San Ysidro, Otay Mesa, Bonita, and beyond.

2-3 practices per week
League games and travel tournaments
Regular coach feedback and team goal-setting
Growth mindset training: effort, attitude, and grit
